What takes place during my first session?
Your first training session will consist of a three step process. The first step is a brief meeting to discuss goals, health history and activity questionnaire. Getting to know the specifics of your intentions for adopting an exercise program is crucial to success. It is during this time that our foundation and relationship as coach and client is established.
Our next step is to establish a base line that our journey together will develop from. This is in the form of fitness testing. The results of fitness testing will help you to determine your starting point and will also help motivate and measure progress toward your goals in the coming months.

Finally the work begins. The last step in our initial meeting is a brief workout. A full body workout of simple exercises will prepare the body by creating an awareness of muscles and movements. Creating an environment where movement is deliberate and mindful will enable the client to embrace the journey and commitment toward a healthier life, one step, one rep, one day at a time.
